True Büch is a Calgary-based organic kombucha company that first opened its doors in 2014. It started small, and the goal was simple - to brew great-tasting kombucha and give back to the local community that supports us. Since then True Büch has found its way into some of our favourite retailers across the country. We've stayed true to our original plan by continuing to only use the best quality organic and local ingredients and by reinvesting a portion of our profits into projects that are close to our hearts.

A Little About Us
We're Louisa and Conrad Ferrel, and we started True Büch Kombucha with the belief that improving gut health can be a delicious and sustainable endeavour.
Since our humble adventures in home brewing over a decade ago, we have been perfecting our kombucha recipe and only using the best ingredients in the process. To this day, we still pride ourselves on handcrafting delicious small-batch kombucha with very little environmental impact, and on supporting local businesses while only using organic ingredients.
We want our tasty product to have a positive influence on our customers’ digestive systems and - ultimately - lives.
We’re also passionate about collaboration with other local businesses, supporting our employees and our communities, and adhering to zero waste principles.
