Our Soda

• Six Barrel Soda Co. grew from a love of classic sodas and soda fountain culture. We make our sodas and soda syrups in our Wellington kitchen the old fashioned way from real ingredients.

  The colors & flavors come from the natural ingredients, we’re drink makers not chemists. We keep them in brown bottles because like good beer the amber glass protects them from the sun and keeps them perfect.

  Our drinks have no preservatives and all our ingredients are natural, we hand make and hand bottle everything in small batches.

  Take our drinks to a friend’s for dinner, have them at your favorite cafe, mix them with liquor or give them to your kid for a treat, that’s what they are for.

  Our bottled soda range is perfect for those who simply must drink our drinks without a moment’s wait, for busy bars who want their mixer quality to match their liquor quality, for picnics at the beach, for an afternoon cafe meeting when you’ve already had three coffees that day, for dinner parties, for the train ride to the country for the weekend, for looking pretty in a cafe fridge and for those who forgot to get gas for their sodastream.

  They come in celery tonic, sarsaparilla, raspberry & lemon, coffee, salted cucumber & Mint (sugar free) and a limited edition that is changed seasonally.
