We went way back to the roots of the soda making tradition for inspiration (think the 1850's)! Sodas used to be a pleasant fizzy way to drink your medicine. We start with a base of organic fair trade cane sugar and add amazing spring water from our farm. Then we extract the delicious aromatic life force of a myriad of herbs, spices, botanicals, and fruits into a sweet elixir worth living for. Full of good things and major flavour all from nature, we are so proud to offer you these fabulous syrups for your drinking pleasure.

These syrups are packed with flavour and a little bit goes a long way. This means that a serving of our soda has significantly less sugar per serving than regular soft drinks. Easy to use: just add 1 to 2 tablespoons of syrup to carbonated spring or soda water. Excellent for all ages and especially fun in cocktails, these were meant to get creative with!
