





We source every single organic botanical from its country of origin, under the strict standards of organic farming; therefore we can guarantee offering authenticity and balance of our essential oils, avoiding any external disruption.
We use up to 17 different organic botanicals in our unique INDI & Co. Handcrafted Organic Drinks: Cinchona bark, orange peel, lemon peel, tangerine peel, lime peel, cardamom, kalinji, yuzu peel, orange blossom, violet, strawberry, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, turmeric and cane sugar.
The soluble components of botanicals are macerated in a mixture of alcohol and water over a period of 3-6 weeks.
Distillation takes place in 200 year old ancient copper stills. The essential oils of each botanical are extracted and concentrated.
The essential oils are blended with natural juices, cane sugar and purified water.
Our botanicals are obtained respecting the environment, saving natural resources (water and energy) and avoiding soil and water pollution. This activity generates additional labor and contributes to the support of small rural communities.
Organic farming allows botanicals to grow at their own natural pace, translating to higher quality and natural expression of their attributes.
On our journey to develop our range of INDI & Co. Mixers, our research has taken us centuries back to when the preservation and distillation traditions began in El Puerto de Santa María, the Guadalquivir Valley, in Andalusia, Spain.
