Spruce Soda Co. is a beverage company based out of Minneapolis, MN.  We are devoted to creating natural and refreshing beverages using real ingredients.

Clear, crisp and refreshing, our ginger beer is homemade with top quality lemon and ginger before fermenting for three days with ale yeast.  We juice our lemons and ginger right before bottling to ensure our product is as fresh as possible.
