Kimino Sparkling Organic Fruit Drinks

We are farmers and drink makers from Japan, following the "Kanso" philosophy – using only what is necessary. We hand-pick our seasonal fruits and use naturally sourced water from the Hyogo mountains in the Kansai region to add to the flavor and texture of our drinks.

Our Yuzu fruit is sourced from a multigenerational farm of Shikoku, a pioneer of conservationism in the region. The first in the area to abandon pesticides, our friends in Kochi embrace the traditional methods. This way, our fruit is picked only by hand and the trees' nutrients are returned to the earth. In their forgoing of popular partnerships and promoting 'do-nothing' farming, our friends demonstrate for the community an alternative way to grow.

Yuzu Sparkling Juice

Ingredients:

Our sparkling yuzu juice is made with hand-picked Yuzu from Shikoku Island, Hyogo region water, and organic sugar cane.

Ume Sparkling Juice

Ingredients:

Our ume plums are hand-picked in Wakayama and whole-pressed with Hyogo region water and organic sugar cane.

Mikan Sparkling Juice

Our Mikan are hand-picked in Wakayama and whole-pressed with Hyogo region water and organic sugar cane.

Ringo Sparkling Juice

Ingredients:

Our Fuji Ringo apples are hand-picked in the Aomori Region beyond the Northern Hakkoda mountains and whole-pressed with Hyogo region water.

We harvest throughout Japan's countryside using traditional methods that conserve and support the natural environment. These farms belong to the next generation to care for and share from. We are grateful to support small family-owned farms and protect natural farming while aspiring to apply these techniques to our own farms.
